Just a reminder

That next week, on Friday, will be the appearance on Civil War Talk Radio. Already mentioned it once -- MICWblog -- so don't want to belabor it. But do want to say how fortunate we are to have such technology today during the Sesquicentennial. Back 50 years ago, everything was via print, or the limited number of TV and radio outlets that existed. Our media exposure today is almost overwhelming. Downloaded some Civil War podcasts recently onto the Ipad. Have a DVR that enables recording shows about the War from C-Span. Have access to all kinds of books and documents, many from the period, via the internet. So it is with gratitude that one thinks about this great aspect of life today.
